About Me
Syna So Pro is Syrhea Conaway
I don't really have much to say about me other than the fact that I am my own band. I use 2 looping pedals (amongst others)
to create my "symphonic" sound as well as;
Guitar-picked it up simply for this project. No to picks...yes to EBOWS!
Bass-the last instrument to be looped (most of the time)
Keys-any other instrument I can't play (the secret weapon)
Violin-my 10 yr old self is better than I am now...*sigh*...
Vocal-the reason you should come to shows
I can never classify or write what the live experience is like, so check out the blurbs to see what others have said:
Also, feel free to join my email list if you'd like notifications of upcoming shows and recent blog posts. You are also the first, and sometimes only, to receive any media that I decide to share.

Album Blurbs
Make two people happy is very much an album, meant to be experienced in sequence: These twelve songs are stitched together not with overt messages or recurring themes but with subtle, borderless dynamics, which give the disc a dreamlike quality.
~Christian Schaeffer, RFT
Make Two People Happy works best when played VERY LOUD and in it's entirety,
~Nick, KWUR Radio
...indie-pop with violin, guitar, bass and Syrhea Conway's ethereal, angelic vocals.

Blurbs
She uses looping technology to stack her vocals to the heavens, layering harmonies and rhythmic vocal snippets until a veritable Conaway Tabernacle Choir is created. Technology may allow her to endlessly duplicate herself, but her vocal technique is rooted in old-school music theory and native talent.
~Christian Schaeffer, RFT
Her live show is a display of complete mastery of voice and technology that totally stuns the audience for its originality. Also, it should be noted that she has bigger balls than any other musician in St. Louis, hands down.
~Anhten Yaw, LCC
Syna So Pro's one-woman act is a cerebral exercise in harmony, melody and looped choral madness. Shades of Imogen Heap's twinkling mysticism mingle with ethereal dreampop and crunchy rock textures, as she loops bass, keyboard and violin (among other instruments) to create haunting layers of music.
~Annie Zaleski, RFT
Her vocals paired with any of the number of instruments that she plays creates a wonderful atomosphere that would make anyone inspired who watches her.
~Cutienewman
A one woman musical enigma!
~Amanda Wells, Landlocked Media
Fascinating, inventive, fun, well-orchestrated live loop-ology...
~SLM
